Send the treatment, tentative dates, shot list, cast and usage requirements, delivery formats and the people travelling. PHOCUS reviews the production variables that shape the estimate: location availability, permits, company moves, equipment, specialist crew, art builds, overtime, weather cover, talent terms and post-production. We state assumptions clearly so the first budget is useful for decisions. Pre-production then follows a shared schedule for scouts, casting, crew, technical checks and approvals. On set, local departments report through the production plan, giving your producer one view of changes and their impact. Remote agency or client reviews are scheduled around the decisions that cannot wait. After production, selects, edits, retouching, colour, sound, VFX and final formats follow the responsibilities agreed in the scope. The goal is a calm workflow built on preparation, rather than promises that every location or request will be simple.
Valencia is particularly useful when a brief needs Mediterranean light, a manageable city, modern landmark architecture, beaches or access to varied environments without immediately building a travelling unit. Alicante and the wider Costa Blanca can extend the location range with additional coast, urban settings and dry landscapes.
