A French brand, agency or production company may arrive with an approved treatment and director, or with a creative route that still needs local feasibility. PHOCUS starts by defining how the Spanish work connects to the existing team: which people and equipment travel, what should be sourced locally, who approves changes and where production or post-production responsibility passes back to France. We coordinate the Spanish scope through one production plan instead of leaving your producer to manage separate suppliers. Production communication is handled in English, with consolidated updates and clear approval deadlines. The short travel routes and shared working-day overlap can make Spain practical for French stakeholders, but the project still needs an explicit schedule for locations, casting, technical decisions and client review. That structure protects the creative relationship while giving the local work a clear owner.
PHOCUS can coordinate budgeting and feasibility, location research and scouting, permits, casting and talent logistics, local crew, camera and lighting equipment, studios, art department, wardrobe, hair and makeup, transport, accommodation, catering, insurance requirements and on-set production. Depending on the brief, we can manage photography and film together or continue through editing, retouching, colour, sound, VFX and delivery. The asset list should include hero content, campaign stills, cutdowns, vertical formats, digital and paid placements, social, outdoor, point of sale and retail print. French-language copy, voiceover, subtitles, pack shots, supers and legal lines need to be visible at briefing stage so the shoot and post-production plan capture what those versions require. Usage territories, talent terms and delivery specifications are included in the scope discussion because they can change casting, budget and handover decisions.

Send the treatment, proposed dates, shot list, cast requirements, delivery formats and the people travelling from France. We compare the visual references with season, light, access, permits, unit size, company moves, equipment, accommodation and crew base. The first estimate identifies the assumptions that can change cost, such as cast usage, overtime, art builds, specialist equipment, weather cover and post-production. Pre-production then follows a shared calendar for scouting, casting, crew, technical checks and approvals. On set, PHOCUS coordinates the local departments and connects production changes to their consequences. If the agency, brand or director reviews from France, checkpoints are planned around the shared working day. After wrap, selects, edit, retouching, colour, sound, VFX, masters and French adaptations follow the handover agreed with your team.
We produce across Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Alicante, Málaga and Andalucía, northern Spain including Cantabria and Asturias, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. We can also coordinate mountain and snow campaigns in the Spanish Pyrenees and Andorra. Barcelona, Valencia and the Mediterranean coast can offer practical access from France together with established crews and varied architecture. Madrid provides deep studio, equipment and technical infrastructure. Andalucía extends the range with distinctive cities, coastline and dry landscapes; northern Spain provides greener Atlantic environments. Island productions can deliver specific settings but introduce additional travel, freight and weather planning.
