We coordinate the Spanish production through one scope, one schedule and one accountable point of contact. That gives your team visibility across locations, permits, casting, crew, equipment, transport and on-set requirements without having to rebuild the project around separate local suppliers. Production communication is handled in English, with consolidated updates, assumptions and approval deadlines. If the agency, brand or post-production team has an established reporting or handover structure, we incorporate it at briefing stage so the Spanish work fits the process your stakeholders already understand.
PHOCUS can cover budgeting and feasibility, location research and scouting, permit coordination, casting and talent logistics, local crew, camera and lighting equipment, studios, art department, wardrobe, hair and makeup, transport, accommodation, catering, insurance requirements and on-set management. Depending on the project, we can coordinate photography and film together or continue through editing, retouching, colour, sound, VFX and delivery. We work backwards from the complete asset list: hero content, campaign stills, cutdowns, vertical formats, digital and paid placements, social, outdoor, point of sale and retail print. German-language versions, voiceover, pack shots, supers and legal copy should be identified in the brief rather than added at the end. The estimate records the assumptions that affect cost—locations, company moves, permit lead times, talent usage, specialist equipment, overtime, weather cover, art builds and post-production—so procurement and production teams can review the same scope.

Share the treatment, proposed dates, technical specifications, shot list, cast requirements, delivery milestones and the people travelling from Germany. We test the creative references against season, access, permits, crew base, equipment and schedule, then identify the decisions needed for a reliable estimate. Pre-production follows a shared timeline for scouts, casting, suppliers, technical checks and approvals. Spain and Germany share a practical working-day overlap, allowing location, client and production decisions to move without long delays, but owners and deadlines still need to be explicit. On set, PHOCUS coordinates the local departments and reports changes with their timing and budget implications. The final handover follows the agreed workflow for selects, edits, retouching, colour, sound, VFX, masters and localised versions, whether those stages remain in Spain or return to your German partners.
