Our production services can include feasibility and budgeting, location research and scouting, permit coordination, casting and talent logistics, local crew, camera and lighting equipment, studios, art department, styling, hair and makeup, transport, accommodation, catering, insurance requirements and on-set production. PHOCUS can coordinate photography and motion together or continue through editing, retouching, colour, sound, VFX and final delivery when the brief requires it. We plan against every approved output: hero film, campaign stills, cutdowns, vertical versions, social assets, paid media, digital placements, outdoor, point of sale and retail print. Usage territories, talent terms, music, product accuracy and technical specifications need to enter the scope early because they affect both production and handover. Send the treatment, tentative dates, shot list, cast requirements, intended media and the people travelling. We review the practical route and return the questions that materially affect feasibility, schedule and budget. Pre-production then runs through a shared calendar for locations, permits, casting, crew, equipment, technical checks and client approvals. We agree who can approve changes and when the US team will be available, especially for overnight developments in Spain. On set, PHOCUS coordinates the local departments and connects changes to their impact on timing, cost and deliverables. If the director, agency or client follows remotely, the review setup is defined before production rather than improvised on the shoot day. After wrap, selects, edit, retouching, colour, sound, VFX, masters and adaptations follow the responsibilities agreed in the scope, including delivery standards required by your US partners or platforms.
We produce in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Alicante, Málaga and Andalucía, northern Spain including Cantabria and Asturias, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. For mountain and snow campaigns, we can also coordinate the Spanish Pyrenees and Andorra. Madrid offers deep crew, equipment and studio infrastructure.
