How to Define Revision Rounds for AI Campaign Production
Control AI and hybrid production by approving style, composition, product truth, motion and finishing at separate checkpoints.

Approve the visual system before volume
The first checkpoint should establish style, palette, lighting, texture, lens behaviour and the acceptable level of realism. Use a small representative test. Generating a large set before the visual system is approved creates more output to reject, not more progress.
Lock composition and message
Once the style works, approve framing, hierarchy, product scale, talent position and room for copy. At this stage, evaluate whether the image communicates the campaign idea rather than polishing every surface.
Run a separate product-truth review
Check shape, branding, materials, colour, labels, reflections and continuity against approved references. Record deviations by frame. A visually attractive image should not advance if the product is wrong.
Approve motion before finishing
For moving assets, review timing, physics, continuity, camera movement and transitions in a representative sequence. Do not treat a good still frame as proof that the full motion will remain coherent.
Define what counts as a revision
Separate corrections against the approved checkpoint from a new creative direction. Name the approver for each round and consolidate comments before work resumes. Keep the accepted reference beside every subsequent version.
Use the AI product image brand-consistency checklist for the product-truth checkpoint.
